The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change

Representatives of 188 nations will meet in Poznan, Poland from December 1st - 12th as part of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). This meeting will mark the midpoint of their negotiations on a new treaty to replace the Kyoto Protocol, which began last year in Indonesia with the announcement of the Bali Action Plan.
